Danny Davis and His Detours is a country/western band from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Danny Davis and His Detours draw on deep country roots and their show is an experience you won't want to miss. Danny Davis was born in Broken Arrow, OK and raised surrounded by country music. At the age of 3, if not out riding his bicycle, Danny was playing drums, guitar, etc along with all the great C& W artists as their 45's spun on the family record player. Danny became heavily committed to playing country music for a living in his early 20's and has finally settled in with a band he calls "His Detours". With His Detours Danny has opened for many major acts including Gary Allan, Joe Diffee, Doug Stone, Ricky Lynn Gregg and Pake McEntire. Danny recently returned from Nashville, the mecca of C&W music, after finishing his new album produced by award winning Curt Ryle.
